Our latest penthouse project is a testament to luxury and innovation, sprawling over 250m² of high-end design. Given carte blanche, we crafted an unique space with an acoustic ceiling for enhanced tranquility. The main hallway features a wide layout with elegant round corners, leading to our bespoke KOLENIK walk-in closet collection.

A centerpiece gas fireplace, encased in Salvatori marble, serves as a striking room divider in the living room. Adjacent to it, a wine closet complements the kitchen’s aesthetic. A big round dining table, illuminated by a Bocci chandelier with handpicked glass-blown lamps, creates a captivating dining experience.
